Amsterdam based Hip Hop Producer duo Zaplin & Powernap present a tribute to legendary film composer Ennio Morricone by using his soundtracks to remix Jay Z’s ‘An American Gangster’ and presenting to you ‘A Morricone Gangster’.

Morricone is one of the most influential film composers of all time.
Taking his discography as a starting-point, Zaplin & Powernap went on to create a new breed of Hip Hop that fuses the characteristic Morricone sound with a rap flow developed to perfection by one of all time’s best rappers, Jay Z.
